So the Little Miss has been asking for quite a while to cut her hair off. Between Daddy and I, we have been able to divert her infatuation with short hair for a respectable amount of time. No longer is that the case.
Bug decided that she wanted to donate her hair for kids with cancer and gave a very convincing argument regarding the fact that she no longer needed long hair (she said that she has had it for six long years now!) but some of the cancer kids needed "just a little more hair".
So myself, wielding a pair of shears, and with tears in my eyes, let the wee one cut off all of her hair. Silly of me to be so attached to the thought of having a little girl with long hair, Little Miss Bug had a much more noble thought.
Though I miss the locks (Daddy was very sad....), it melts my heart to know Bug's has given such a great gift!
As the pictures will show, she has grown up so much with the new hair-do, no more is the little one with pig tails and double braids..... She is all big girl now!
Bug absolutely loves her hair!!! As soon as I cut her hair, she shook her head and said, "that feels so much better, I should have done that a long time ago".
She is pretty darn cute, and oh boy.......is it so much easier. No more tangles or tears! So now it is just time to let it start growing again!!!

What a beauty...Bella is a little lady now....I love the cut....And as you say so much easier.....
